*PLEASE TAKE 2 OR MORE PICTURES OF THE MATTRESS AS SHOWN BELOW. WE ALSO NEED A PICTURE OF THE BOXSPRING OR FOUNDATION IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE MATTRESS. (SEE BOTH PAGES) SEND PHOTOS TO****SERVICE@BAREBONESFURN.COM****


*We must have a picture of this tag. If tags are cut from mattress we can’t honor your warranty. You will have to contact the manufacturer directly
********Please Note:
~The manufacturer’s warranty does not cover any transportation and/or service costs associated with the warranty process. The warranty only covers replacement of the defective piece(s)
~Your warranty claim must be free and clear of stains, rips, or tears.
~There will be a swap-out fee of $79 plus a delivery fee depending on the delivery location.~If you so choose not to have the mattress delivered, we can arrange a drop off. Your mattress must be wrapped in a plastic bag and taped shut as to keep it clean. There will still be a $79 swap out fee.
